please note

every piece is hand built, slip-cast, or wheel thrown by me! there are always variations from piece to piece and no two will ever be exactly alike. but I think that's what makes "handmade" so special, right?

shipping timelines

I try my best to ship packages within a couple days of your order. that being said, I am only one person. please reach out if you are looking to receive an order by a certain day and I will do what I can to get it to you asap!!

care information

in order to the extend the life of your pots, you should always protect them from sudden shock (dropping, duh) or drastic temperature changes (like putting into a hot oven).

my ceramics are safe for food, the microwave, + the dishwasher. although, *please note*, I like to say that handmade should always be hand washed. dishwashers can be pretty rough on pretty things.

returns + refunds policy

returns + refunds cannot be accepted as all pieces are one-of-a-kind. if an order is not delivered or, in extreme cases, arrives broken, please reach out as soon as possible. I will do my best to recreate a piece and get it to you. if you've accidentally broken a piece, I would be happy to make another but you would be responsible for payment of all new work + shipping fees.
